The North Carolina Association of Regional Councils is the leading partner in an exciting partnership to develop a sustainable and resilient North Carolina. The name of collaborative partnership is North Carolina Tomorrow – Building Communities for Tomorrow’s Jobs.
The first initiative of NC Tomorrow is the development of a Uniform North Carolina Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy. The second component is the development of a new analytical tool developed by the SAS Institute – NC Regional Economic Prosperity Solution (REPS).
